Valentines Evening at The Bakers Arms

For the night of Thursday the 14th February 2019, the Bakers Arms will be providing a Valentine’s Evening menu.
The time is fast approaching, so please book early to enjoy your relaxed,
intimate dining experience.

To Start:

Homemade soup of the Day
Goat’s cheese tartlet with red onion and sultana marmalade, balsamic reduction
Homemade chicken liver parfait, chutney and toast
Salad of chicken, avocado and parmesan wafers, crème fraiche and lemon dressing
Scallops with Clonakilty black pudding, orange sauce (£3.50 supplement)
Sharing platter of crab and chilli arancini, Thai spiced fishcake, smoked salmon and prawn cocktail

Main Courses:

6oz. Fillet steak with sautéed mushrooms, peppercorn sauce (£7.50 supplement)

Duet of pork (belly and fillet), apple and pear sauce, cider jus
Breast of duck with poached pears and red cabbage
Asian-style monkfish and king prawn spiced noodle stir-fry
Filleted Catch of the Day (white fish), prawn beurre blanc
Mushroom risotto with parmesan shavings
